PTC: Raising the ownership ratio at Huong Linh 8 Wind Power JSC

On March 17, 2022, Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announce the purchase of shares of Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company with details as follows:

-          Owning volume before the purchase: 10,382,000 shares, accounting for 29% charter capital of Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company

-          Additional purchase volume: 7,554,000 shares, accounting for 21.1% charter capital of Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company

-          Owning volume after the purchase: 17,936,000 shares, accounting for 50.1% charter capital of Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company
