HSL: Raising the ownership ratio at Hongha Pharma and Ngoc Lac Xanh JSC

On March 17, 2022, Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company (HSL) announce the following issues:

1. The Company completed the purchase of 5,300,000 shares in Hongha Pharma Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company will raise the ownership ratio at Hongha Pharma Joint Stock Company to 98% charter capital.
2. The Company completed the purchase of 6,000,000 shares in Ngoc Lac Xanh Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, Hong Ha Food Investment Development Joint Stock Company will raise the ownership ratio at Ngoc Lac Xanh Agricultural Products Joint Stock Company to 100% charter capital and become a subsidiary of HSL.
