BCG: Divestment at Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas

   The Board resolution dated March 22, 2022, the Board of Directors of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved to withdraw all contributed capital in Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Company Limited with total value of VND502,547,400,000 (accounting for 89% charter capital of Indochina Hoi An Beach Villas Company Limited) to transfer to BCG land Joint Stock Company. The time of implementation in March 2022.
