TSC: Record date to implement rights to buy shares On March 22, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.608/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of Techno - Agricultural Supplying Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: March 28, 2022
- Record date: March 29, 2022
- Reason and purpose: to implement rights to buy shares.
- Content:
- Expected issue volume: 49,216,028 shares
- Issue price: 10,000 dongs/share
- Exercise ratio: 3:1 (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 03 rights will be entitled to purchase 01 new share).
- Plan to deal with unsold shares: the distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled. The unsold shares (if any) will be decided by the Board of Directors to distribute to other investors with the selling price is not less than the offering price. These shares will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of the offering.
