1. Approving to implement the private placement of shares in 2022:

-          Stock type: common stock

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Offering volume: 52,500,000 shares

-          Offering value at par value: VND525,000,000,000

-          Estimated offering price: VND10,000/share

-          Ratio of Offering volume to Outstanding volume: 100% (or 1:1)

-          Restriction period: 01 year.

-          Issue time: in 2022

     2. Approving the resignation and election of members of the Board of Directors:

Resignation of the following members:

+ Mr. Nguyen Van Kien

+ Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Thanh

Election of new replacement members:

            + Mr. Tran Trong Nam

            + Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Hang

    3. Authorizing the Board of Directors to carry out the works related to the private placement. 

    4. Authorizing the Board of Directors to decide some issues under the jurisdiction of the General Meeting of Shareholders (including finding new investment opportunities, finding another land to move the head office in 2022).
