GEX: Termination of overseas investment certificate

On February 14, GELEX Group Joint Stock Company received the decision dated February 11, 2022 by the Ministry of Planning and Investment on the termination of the validity of the overseas investment certificate because GELEX Group transferred all investment in Gelex Cambodia Co., Ltd.
