1. Appointing Mr. Vu Van Thanh as Standing Deputy CEO cum in charge of Finance – Marketing effective from February 21, 2022;
2. Appointing Mr. Nguyen Minh Phuc as Acting Deputy CEO effective from February 21, 2022.
