PNJ: Change in personnel

Phu Nhuan Jewelry Joint Stock Company (PNJ) announces the Board resolution dated February 18, 2022 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors appointed Mr. Dao Trung Kien and Mr. Huynh Duc Huy as Members of the Board of Members of PNJ Jewelry Production and Trading Company Limited, for a term of 05 years, effective from February 18, 2022.
2. The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Le Huu Hanh as Chairman cum Legal Representative of PNJ Laboratory Company Limited.
3. The Board of Directors approved the amendment of the Articles of Association of PNJ Laboratory Company Limited.
4. The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Tran Phuong Ngoc Thao as Chairwoman cum Legal Representative of PNJ Laboratory Company Limited (PNJL), for a term of 05 years, effective from February 18, 2022, representing 100% of PNJ’s capital at PNJL.
