Allowed to delay the disclosure of financial statements of Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company as follows:

Hoang Anh Gia Lai Agricultural Joint Stock Company (HOSE: HNG) has received an official document dated January 27, 2022 by the State Securities Commission approving the delay in the disclosure of the Quarter 4.2021 financial statements of HNG until February 28, 2022 (at the Company's request).
