LGC: Change of financial statements to IFRS

According to the resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated January 19, 2022 by balloting shareholders in writing, the shareholders of CII Bridges and Roads Investment Joint Stock Company approved the change of financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
