CTS: BOD resolution on holding AGM 2022

The Board resolution dated January 26, 2022, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company approved the holding of Annual General Meeting 2022 as follows:

-          Record date: February 21, 2022

-          Meeting time:  expected on March 21, 2022

-          Meeting venue: Notice later.

-          Content:

• Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2021 and plan for 2022;
• Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2021 and plan for 2022;
• Approving the audited financial statements in 2021;
• Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022;
• Approving the plan for 2021 profit distribution;
• Approving the remuneration payment for the Board of Directors in 2021 and plan for 2022;
• Other issues.
