BBC: Approval for the public tender offer by PAN

On January 25, the Board of Directors of BIBICA Corporation approved the suggestion of a public tender offer for the shares of BIBICA Corporation from The PAN Group Joint Stock Company. Accordingly, The PAN Group Joint Stock Company planned to buy 7,700,537 shares or 41.06% of BBC’s outstanding shares.
