The Board resolution dated January 28, 2022, the BOD of Phuoc Hoa Rubber Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the business result in 2021:

-          Total revenue (parent company):        1,762.05 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:                                    361.18 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:                                       331.26 billion dongs.

-          To pay the State budget:                        225.29 billion dongs.

1. Approving the business plan in 2022:

-          Total revenue (parent company):       2,203.65 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:                                    882.40 billion dongs

-          Profit after tax:                                       738.98 billion dongs

-          To pay the State budget:                        250.88 billion dongs

-          To pay cash dividend:                            40%.

1. Approving the business plan in Quarter I/2022:

-          Total revenue (parent company):        482.74 billion dongs

-          Profit before tax:                                 160 billion dongs.
