VTO: Reminder of information disclosure

On December 29, 2021, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange sent an official document to ask Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company to comply with the regulations on the disclosure of information because the Company slowly announced the Board resolution on the sale of treasury shares.
