EMC: Board resolution on agreements with ITW and TDC
On December 27, 2021, the BoD of Thu Duc Electro Mechanical Joint Stock Company (EMC) approved the purchase and sale, service provision agreements between EMC and its partners INTERWYSE and TDC Saigon under the laws. The value of each agreement will not exceed 35% of EMC’s’ total assets in the latest financial statements.
