SZL: Signing an agreement with a related person

On January 10, the Board of Directors of Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company approved the signing of an agreement in principle for the collection and testing of wastewater samples between Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company and its related company Sonadezi Services Joint Stock Company (the related person: Mr. Le Xuan Sam, Deputy CEO of Sonadezi Long Thanh Shareholding Company). The agreement value will be less than 35% of the Company’s total assets in the latest financial statements.
