The Board resolution dated January 10, 2022, the BOD of Thu Duc Housing Development Corporation approved the record date to collect shareholders' opinions in writing with details as follows:

-          Record date: February 08, 2022

-          Time of implementation: expected in Quarter I/2022

-          Content: approving the plan for using capital of the stock issuance plan to raise its charter capital that approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.
