SFI: SSC received the documents of stock issuance to pay dividend for 2020

Sea & Air Freight International received the Official Dispatch No.8940/UBCK-QLCB dated December 27, 2021 from the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC) regarding SSC received the documents of stock issuance to pay dividend of Sea & Air Freight International (SFI).  Accordingly, the documents do not meet the requirements of Article 60 and Article 61 of Decree 155/2020/ND-CP.
