RAL: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the first phase of 2021 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  December 29, 2021

-          Payment date: from January 07, 2022

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 25%/ par value (VND2,500/ share)

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company.
