PXI: Information on tax administrative violations

Petroleum Industrial and Civil Construction Joint Stock Company has received the decision dated December 24, 2021 by the Taxation Department of Ba Ria Vung Tau Province regarding tax administrative violations. Accordingly, the Taxation Department issued a decision to enforce the administrative enforcement on tax administration by stopping the use of invoices for Petroleum Industrial and Civil Construction Joint Stock Company because the Company had a tax debt of 20,148,630,429 dongs more than 90 days.
