NAF: Decision on tax penalties On January 10, Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company received the decision dated December 31, 2021 by the Taxation Department of Nghe An Province regarding the administrative sanctions as follows:
1) Penalties:
- Fine for false declaration: 285,719,049 dongs
2) Remedies:
- Corporate income tax arrears and state contractor tax arrears: 842,639,738 dongs
- VAT refund: 52,524,493 dongs
- Late payment interest: 84,395,333 dongs.
Total fines, tax arrears, tax refund and late payment interest: 1,265,278,614 dongs.
