On January 10, 2022, the BOD of DABACO Group approved the record date to collect shareholders' opinions in writing with details as follows:

-          Record date: January 24, 2022

-          Time of implementation: expected from February 07, 2022 to 10:00, February 18, 2022

-          Location: 35 Ly Thai To Street, Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh City, Bac Ninh Province.

-          Content:

• Approving the bonus share issuance to existing shareholders with the rate of 1:1 from Development and Investment Fund under the company’s owner’s equity;
