HCD: Record date for stock dividend payment On January 17, 2022, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued an Announcement No.69/TB-SGDHCM about the record date of HCD Investment Producing and Trading Joint Stock Company as follows:
- Ex-right date: January 21, 2022
- Record date: January 24, 2022
1) Reason & Purpose: to pay stock dividend for 2018 – 2019.
2) Content:
- Exercise ratio: 100:17 (shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 17 new shares.)
- Expected issue volume: 4,590,000 shares
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.
- For example: at the record date, shareholder A owned 245 shares. With 17% performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 245 *17% = 41.65 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 41 new shares and fractional shares of 0.65 will be cancelled.

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
