-          Ex-right date: January 27, 2022

-          Record date: January 28, 2022

-       Exercise ratio: 25%

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-       Place of implementation:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company.
