On January 22, 2022, the BOD of Duc Thanh Wood Processing Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the increase of charter capital to VND197,471,710,000.

2)      Approving the plan for share private placement:

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Issuance method: private placement

-          Number of shares issued: 19,747,171 shares

-          Number of outstanding shares: 19,437,036 shares

-          Number of treasury shares: 310,135 shares

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 843,390 shares

-          Issuance rate: 4.34%

-          Offering price: VND20,000/share

-          Time of implementation: expected in February 2022, after being approved by the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC).

-          Time for transfer restriction: 05 years from the ending date of the offering.
