BCG: Increasing charter capital and amending charter

The Board resolution dated January 24, 2022, the BOD of Bamboo Capital Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1)      Approving to increase its charter capital to VND1,487,682,630,000, equivalent to 446,305,437 shares due to stock issuance.

2)      Approving to amend its charter with new charter capital.
