On October 29, 2021, the BOD of Vietnam Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (Agribank) approved to transfer the contributed capital in CMC Corporation (stock code: CMG) with details as follows:

-          Stock code: CMG

-          Transfer volume: 3,777,811 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Price transfer: 60,500 dongs/share

-          Transfer method: order matching or put through

-          Time of implementation: within 06 months from October 08, 2021.
