The Board resolution dated January 26, 2022, the Board of Directors of Mekong Fisheries Joint Stock Company approved the holding of Annual General Meeting for the fiscal year 2021 as follows:

-          Record date (estimated): February 21, 2022

-          Meeting time:  March 26, 2022

-          Meeting venue: lot 24 Tra Noc Industrial zone, Tra Noc Ward, Binh Thuy District, Can Tho City.

-          Content:

• Approving the report on the BOD activities in 2021 and plan for 2022;
• Approving the report from the Supervisory Board in 2021 and plan for 2022;
• Approving the audited financial statements in 2021;
• Approving the selection of the auditor for the financial statements in 2022;
• Approving the profit distribution in 2021;
• Other issues.
