• Approving the remuneration payment for the Board of Directors in 2021 and plan for 2022;
• Approving the profit distribution in 2021;
• Approving the business plan in 2022;
• Approving the profit distribution plan in 2022;
• Approving the amendment of the company’s business lines;
• Approving the personnel change for the term 2022-2027;
