VietinBank Securities: Board resolution on signing a contract with a related party

On December 10, 2021, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company (Vietinbank Securities) unanimously approved the signing of VBI Care Contract with Vietinbank Insurance Corporation – Vietinbank Dong Do Insurance Company. The contract has a value of VND539,035,000.
