The Board resolution dated December 13, 2021, the BOD of Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation approved the policy to cooperate the project development of 18.9 ha in New Urban Area -  Binh Duong. Details are as follows:

-          Transferor: Investment and Industrial Development Joint Stock Corporation

-          Transferee: BD New City Pte. Ltd

Address: 168 Robinson Road, #30-01 Capital Tower, Singapore (068912).

-          Location: lot B8, B9, B10, B12, B13, B14, B15 in New Urban Area  - Binh Duong

-          Total value of contract: USD242,175,615 including VAT.
