VCSC: Early redemption of the bonds in the second private placement

On December 13, 2021, the Board of Directors of Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company approved the redemption of the bonds in the second private placement in 2021 as follows:

-          Trading method: direct negotiation

-          Estimated redemption volume: 2,500 bonds

-          Par value: VND100,000,000

-          Estimated redemption value: VND250,000,000,000.

-          Estimated trading date: from January 2022 to March 2022, and after 10 days from the signing date of this resolution.
