According to the Board resolution dated December 08, 2021, the Board of Directors of SmartInvest Securities JSC (SMARTSC) approved to buy the bonds issued by LC Real Estate Trading Co., Ltd., as follows:

-          Issuer: LC Real Estate Trading Co., Ltd.

-          Maximum buying value: VND82,189,159,000

-          Maximum buying volume: 797,953 bonds

-          Par value: VND100,000/bond

-          Bond type: private placement.
