TNH: Board resolution on a contract with an associated company

On December 14, 2021, the Board of Directors of Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company (HOSE: TNH) approved the fixed asset lease contract with TNH Thai Nguyen Obstetric and Gynecology Hospital Joint Stock Company, an associated company with TNH. Accordingly, TNH will lease the 10-storey building to TNH Thai Nguyen Obstetric and Gynecology Hospital Joint Stock Company.
