L10: Decision on tax penalties

On December 17, Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company received the decision dated December 08, 2021 by the Taxation Department of Ha Noi regarding the administrative sanctions on taxes in 2020 as follows:

-        VAT tax arrears: 183,214,809 dongs;

-        Corporate income tax arrears: 151,612,367 dongs;

-        Fine: 72,965,435 dongs;

-        Late payment interest: 15,599,945 dongs.

Total fine, tax arrears and late payment interest: 423,392,556 dong.

Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company paid the fines according to the above decision.
