TNH: Adjusting the plan for 2020 stock dividend payment The Board resolution dated December 10, 2021, the BOD of Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company approved the adjustment of planning to pay stock dividend for 2020 with the following details:
- Stock name: Thai Nguyen International Hospital Joint Stock Company
- Stock code: TNH
- Stock type: common share
- Record date (estimated): Quarter IV/2021 or Quarter I/2022
- Ending time (estimated): Quarter IV/2021 or Quarter I/2022
- Exercise ratio: 25% (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 10 rights will be entitled to receive 2.5 new shares).
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to units, the fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example: At the record date, the shareholder A owns 2,222 shares. With performing ratio 25%, the shareholder A will receive 2,222*25%= 555.5 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A will receive 555 new shares and the fractional shares of 0.5 share will be cancelled.
