SFI: Board resolution on stock dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Sea & Air Freight International approved a plan for the 2021 interim dividend payment as follows:

−        Stock name: Stock of Sea & Air Freight International

−        Stock type: common stock

−        Par value: VND10,000/share

−        Total issued volume: 15,753,069 shares

−        Outstanding volume: 14,023,057 shares

−        Treasury shares: 1,730,012 shares

−        Estimated issue volume: 7,011,528 shares

−        Total issue value: VND70,115,280,000

−        Exercise ratio: 2:1  

−        Financial resource: the undistributed after-tax profit  

−        Issue date: in January 2022

−        Plan to deal with fractional shares: The shares newly issued to shareholders will be rounded down to units. The fractional shares (if any) will be cancelled.

For example, on the record date, shareholder A owns 115 shares. Shareholder A will receive: 115 x 1/2 = 57.5 shares. After rounded down, the real number of shares shareholder A receives will be 57 shares. The fractional part (0.5) will be cancelled.
