The Board resolution dated November 25, 2021, the BOD of Louis Capital Joint Stock Company approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Nguyen Mai Long as Chairman of BOD of the Company for the term 2021-2026.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mr. Trinh Van Bao as Deputy Chairman of BOD of the Company for the term 2021-2026.
