 The Board resolution dated November 23, 2021, the BOD of Petrovietnam General Services Corporation approved the following contents:

1)      Approving the resignation of Mrs. Nguyen Quynh Nhu as Head of Internal Audit of the Company from November 23, 2021.

2)      Approving the appointment of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Trang as Head of Internal Audit of the Company from November 23, 2021.
