The Board resolution dated December 27, 2021, the BOD of Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company approved to transfer of shares of subsidiary with details as follows:

-          Transferor: Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company

-          Stock name to transfer: Dai Thinh Vuong Construction Joint Stock Company

-          Transfer volume: 106,478,000 shares

-          Total value (at par value): VND1,064,780,000,000

After the transfer completes, Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company will own 0 share in Dai Thinh Vuong Construction Joint Stock Company.

-          Transferee: CRV Real Estate Group Joint Stock Company (a subsidiary of TCH)

-          Transfer value: VND1,270,385,437,231.
