On December 21, 2021, the BOD of Viet Nam Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Industry and Trade issued the Board resolution to approve the transaction limit contracts on the interbank market between Vietinbank and MUFG Bank – Ha Noi/Ho Chi Minh branch (is a major shareholder of Vietinbank).
