SVT: Contributing capital in Hoang Viet Education

The Board resolution dated November 17, 2021, the BOD of Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital in Hoang Viet Investment Development Education Corporation with the following details:

-          Additional purchase volume: 789,750 shares

-          Purchase price: VND10,000/share

-          Total value: VND7,897,500,000

After the capital contribution completes, Sai Gon Vien Dong Technology Joint Stock Company will own 2,160,000 shares, accounting for 30% of charter capital of Hoang Viet Investment Development Education Corporation.

Time of implementation: from December 17, 2021 to December 31, 2021.
