On December 16, 2021, the Board of Directors of Rangdong Light Source and Vacuum Flask Joint Stock Company (stock symbol: RAL) approved the following issues:

1)      Making the first cash dividend payment for 2021

−        Exercise ratio: 25%/par value (2,500 dongs/share)

−        Total payment amount: VND30,187,500,000.

−        Payment method: in cash

−        Record date: December 29, 2021

−        Payment date: January 07, 2022. 

2)      Closing a shareholder list to distribute share purchase rights

−        Record date: December 29, 2021

−        Time for rights transfer: from January 04, 2022 to February 08, 2022

−        Time for registration and payment: from January 04, 2022 to February 10, 2022.
