SJS: Adjusting time for dividend payment

On November 29, 2021, the Board of Directors of Song Da Urban & Industrial Zone Investment and Development Joint Stock Company announces the adjustment to the 2016, 2017 dividend payment as follows:

Adjusting the record date for cash dividend payment:

1)      The 2016 dividend payment:

-          The old payment date: December 31, 2021

-          The new payment date: December 30, 2022

2)      The 2017 dividend payment:

-          The old payment date: December 31, 2021

-          The new payment date: December 30, 2022
