TLD: Resolution on the dividend payment

The Board of Directors of Thang Long Urban Development and Construction Investment Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2020 dividend in stock:

-   Record date: December 10, 2021

-       Exercise ratio: 100:07

The one who owns 100 shares at the record date will receive 07 new shares

-       Estimated issue volume: 2,796,946 shares

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.

-       Implement time: expected in Quarter IV 2021.
