KHP: Resolution on the dividend payment
The Board of Directors of Khanh Hoa Power Joint Stock Company approved to pay for the 2020 dividend in stock:
- Record date: December 15, 2021
- Exercise ratio: 2.5%
The one who owns 1000 shares at the record date will receive 25 new shares
- Estimated issue volume: 1,401,775 shares
- How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares distributed to each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional share will be cancelled.
