The Board resolution dated December 03, 2021, the BOD of Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company approved the plan to invest in Cat Tuong Thien Tan Lac. Details are as follows:

-          Address: Xom Tro, Man Duc Town, Tan Lac District, Hoa Binh Province.

-          Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company invests 65% of charter capital

-          Time of implementation (estimated):

+ Phase 1: to invest 19% of charter capital in Quarter IV/2021

+ Phase 2: to invest 46% of charter capital in Quarter I/2022

-          Implementation project: Thung Khe – Tan Lac – Hoa Binh Ecological and Spiritual Tourist Area

-          Location: Phu Cuong Commne, Tan Lac District, Hoa Binh Province.

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan as representative of contributed capital of Sunstar Investment Joint Stock Company in Cat Tuong Thien Tan Lac Joint Stock Company.
