HRC: Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders

According to the Resolution of General Meeting of Shareholders dated December 02, 2021 in the form of obtaining shareholders’ opinions in writing, the shareholders of Hoa Binh Rubber Joint Stock Company (HRC) approved the policy on hiring an independent audit firm to perform the internal audit for HRC in 2021.
