1)      Approving to invest and contribute capital in Huong Linh 7 Wind Power Joint Stock Company:

-          Company name: Huong Linh 7 Wind Power Joint Stock Company

-          Address: Ma Lai Hamlet, Huong Phung Commune, Hoang Hoa District, Quang Tri Province, Vietnam.

-          Purchase volume: 5,560,000 shares

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Purchase price: VND11,000/share

-          Trading method: put through or other.

2)      Approving to invest and contribute capital in Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company:

-          Company name: Huong Linh 8 Wind Power Joint Stock Company

-          Address: Ma Lai Hamlet, Huong Phung Commune, Hoang Hoa District, Quang Tri Province, Vietnam

-          Purchase volume: 10,382,000

-          Par value: VND10,000/share

-          Purchase price: VND16,000/share

-          Trading method: put through or other.
