AST: Contributing capital to establish a subsidiary

The Board resolution dated November 30, 2021, the BOD of Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company approved to contribute capital for establishing a subsidiary with details as follows:

-          Estimated company name: Phu Quoc Air Services Joint Stock Company

-          Head office address: Group 5, Suoi May hamlet. Duong To Commune, Phu Quoc City, Kien Giang Province.

-          Charter capital: VND10,000,000,000 (AST expects to contribute in Phu Quoc Air Services Joint Stock Company to VND6,500,000,000, accounting for 65% charter capital.
